Full Synopsis
A musician struggling with heroin addiction retreats into his empty apartment, determined to create something meaningful at his piano despite the addiction consuming every part of his life. With everything around him gradually disappearing, the piano becomes his last remaining possession, and his final connection to the person he once was.
Told entirely without dialogue, Junk follows his descent through fractured moments of creativity, dependency, isolation, and desperation. As his relationship with his girlfriend begins to deteriorate, the boundaries between artistic obsession and self-destruction become increasingly blurred.
Trapped between the music he desperately wants to create and the addiction he cannot escape, his pursuit of one final piece pushes him toward a devastating breaking point, forcing those closest to him to confront just how far he has fallen.
